Terms, Conditions & Reward Procedure
The Event Followers Loyalty Rewards Program ("Program") is designed to recognize and reward our most dedicated community members. This is NOT a lottery, sweepstakes, or game of chance. Rewards are earned based on member participation and support.
Members who support Event Followers through purchases (subscriptions, message packs, gifts, animations) are tracked on our Leaderboard. The member with the highest contribution at the end of each reward period is given a Loyalty Reward as thanks for their dedication.

To qualify for a Monthly Loyalty Reward, you must maintain an active Premium subscription for the entire calendar month. If you subscribe mid-month, you will be eligible starting the following month. Rewards are calculated and given on the 1st of each month for the previous month's activity.
This Program is open to participants worldwide, except where prohibited by local law. Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws regarding loyalty rewards and any applicable taxes.
Rewards are calculated from a community pool based on total subscriber activity. As the community grows, so do the rewards!
A percentage of community purchases goes into the monthly reward pool. The top 3 spenders share this pool. As more members join and participate, the pool grows - meaning bigger rewards for everyone!

Members are ranked by their total qualifying spending during the reward period. The member with the highest total at the end of the period wins the reward.
The Leaderboard tracks all qualifying purchases. At the end of each month:
Note: Yearly rewards are separate from monthly rewards. Winners are determined by cumulative spending across all 12 months.
When a reward period ends, we follow this procedure to give the reward to our top supporter:
The Leaderboard is frozen at the end of the reward period (23:59 UTC on the last day).
We verify the top contributor's account is in good standing, meets eligibility requirements, and all purchases are valid (no chargebacks, refunds, or fraud).
The recipient is contacted via their registered email address. They must respond within 7 days to accept their reward.
Recipient provides required information for reward delivery (name, email, preferred gift card type).
Reward is delivered as a digital gift card via email. Winner selects from available options (Amazon, Visa, PayPal, or local equivalent).
The recipient is announced on the site (first name and username only, unless they opt out). Grand entrance animation plays in chat rooms to celebrate the new Leader of the Month.
If the recipient does not respond within 7 days of notification, the reward may be forfeited and given to the next eligible participant on the Leaderboard, or rolled into the next period's pool at Event Followers' discretion.

Event Followers reserves the right to offer alternative reward options of equal value if the recipient's preferred option is unavailable in their region.
Loyalty rewards may be considered taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on rewards you receive.
Event Followers does not provide tax advice. Tax treatment of rewards varies by country and individual circumstances. If you are unsure about your tax obligations, please consult a qualified tax professional in your jurisdiction.

If a purchase that contributed to your Leaderboard ranking is refunded or charged back, your ranking will be adjusted accordingly. If this causes the reward winner to change after announcement, Event Followers reserves the right to recover the reward or adjust future rewards.

Significant changes will be announced on the website and/or via email to active subscribers. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Any disputes regarding the Program, Leaderboard rankings, or reward eligibility will be resolved by Event Followers at its sole discretion. All decisions are final.
Event Followers is not responsible for:
This Program and these Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
